The jtel system is now available as a node in the anynode SBC via the wizard.This simplifies the configuration enormously, as the most important parameters for the connection are set automatically by the wizard. The jtel system with contact centre, IVR, voice bot and much more is thus up and running in no time at all. 

A typical construct with anynode and jtel arranges the customer's SIP office connections with Microsoft Teams as well as the extended routing of the jtel system. Optionally, an existing PBX can also be connected, which facilitates a smooth migration into the new world. 

Calls for workstations can be routed 1:1 directly from the office to Teams. However, Teams offers limited routing and reporting capabilities. Departments that require differentiated routing and reporting use jtel to map advanced routing scenarios with the easy-to-use integrated GUI. For optimal routing decisions, the aggregated presence information from the Teams, the PBX and the contact centre agents is available to the jtel system..

With jtel Presence Aggregation, mobile sales and service staff in particular have strong advantages. According to the status in Teams, the system uses the employee's mobile connection or DECT device fully automatically, without them having to reconfigure anything. If he leaves his workplace, for example, jtel recognises this and automatically transfers the call to his mobile phone or DECT device.

For customers who purchase a jtel Cloud solution, jtel offers anynode hosting as a service directly in the data centre.
