Cloud-based text to speech from jtel

With the new cloud-based text to speech service from jtel, it’s easy to add new voice announcements to call flows. All you need to do is to enter the desired text into the jtel portal and it will immediately be converted into an audio file that you can use wherever you need it in a call flow. This new feature is available as a service, with a fixed monthly fee for each user.

Text to speech as a service complements existing ways to record announcements – such as recording from PC or phone, and studio recordings – and provides a new level of convenience, allowing on-the-fly changes to be made to your call flows, or when you want to quickly create a new service.

License extensions for additional languages

Multiple languages are available – including German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. Choose your base package and then add languages, as required.
