Looking back on a successful CCW 2024: jtel says thank you very much

CCW 2024 in Berlin was an overwhelming experience for us at jtel and we would like to thank all customers, partners and interested parties for their visit. We were deeply impressed by the enormous interest in trending topics such as AI, bots, live agents and our solutions for optimising customer service.

Our team was thrilled to be able to present tangible solutions in numerous meetings that can significantly advance automation in customer service. From multichannel contact centres to innovative automation tools such as voice bot, knowledge bot, speech recognition and speech synthesis - we were able to demonstrate how our solutions can revolutionise your customer service.

CCW 2024 was not only an opportunity for us to present our latest developments, but also a forum to gain valuable insights from customers and industry experts. Their questions, suggestions and positive feedback show us that we are on the right track.

Trade fairs are exhausting, but they can also be cosy. We were able to round off both trade fair evenings with customers and partners, because the Berlin feeling is of course a must at CCW. This is Berlin!
