jtel Academy training platform now available
The jtel Acadamy training platform is born.
It is our goal to provide our users, our customers and our partners with a growing learning platform as part of our user group, where we will provide knowledge about the jtel platform. We are still building this platform and the number of courses will increase. In the future, our customers will be able to access online standardized and at any time available training courses. The platform will provide e.g. agent training courses, depending on their user license. However customised training offers are also being considered. In addition, the jtel Academy also provides us with a platform for the exchange of information within jtel user groups.
