20 years is a long time in the technology industry, so we’re extremely excited to announce that we have reached this milestone. We’ve come a long way from our start-up beginnings and have seen consistent change during this time.

Since our foundation, we’ve developed as a specialist provider of call management solutions, delivering hundreds of platforms to enterprises and service providers. We’ve seen the industry move from analogue and ISDN connectivity, with SS7 in the network core, to embrace VoIP. From uncertain beginnings VoIP has taken over and is now the dominant technology. There’s something of a paradox in that the initial simplicity it offered has long been superseded by the need to manage complex network functions and assume the role of the technology it replaced.

Perhaps the most significant change during this period, however, has been the emergence of the cloud. It’s been a real game changer, creating new deployment opportunities and unlocking new revenue models. At the same time, the coming of the cloud doesn’t remove the need for deploying specialist solutions in the enterprise and, in 2017, we’re deploying more solutions at a faster rate than ever before.

Today, we’re at the beginning of another revolution. WebRTC and virtualisation are sure to be key drivers. We’re already seeing network transformation in service providers – virtualised technology is sure to drive forward enterprise transformation too, enabling more users than ever before to access rich services, across a shared, common IT infrastructure.

We’ve build a complete portfolio of solutions that means our customers benefit from proven functionality and high-performance to support their businesses. Of course, we don’t just sit on our laurels but are committed to continuous innovation. All our solutions undergo continual refinement to ensure that they conform to the latest software methodologies and development best practice. They deliver real-time performance that meets the most exacting of demands and our exposure to different networks around the world means they have delivered, time and time again.
