The Association of Medium-Sized ICT System Houses VAF welcomes jtel as a new associate member.

The VAF represents independent system houses and specialist companies in telecommunications, information and security technology throughout Germany. The member companies are mainly active in the market of medium-sized corporate customers, authorities and organizations. They market and implement professional solutions and provide services with their own qualified specialist staff. The jtel team is looking forward to playing an active role in the association's work in the future and shaping technical and sales approaches together with the members.

Stephan Krüger from jtel underlines the consulting approach: "The way companies approach their customers is changing dramatically. While we were still discussing multichannel approaches intensively a few years ago, today everyone is talking about AI and automation. A lot of specialist experience is required to analyze service processes and design solutions based on this. My specialist colleagues and I currently see huge opportunities on the market. Together with the VAF partners, we want to show organizations how they can participate in these opportunities. We are particularly looking forward to the VAF Annual Sales Conference on June 6 and 7, 2024 in Hamburg.
