The jtel technical short webinar on 25.04.2024 provided tangible solutions. Using concrete use cases, a motivated jtel team showed in a humorous way how various service processes can be greatly simplified or even completely automated. Automation with voice bot, chat bot (knowledge bot), live agent and quality management formed the potpourri of automation. With a mixture of enthusiasm and amazement, customer processes were simulated live, which were supported by AI in both voice and digital channels. ROI examples finally made the added value clear. We were pleasantly surprised by the record number of participants and for the many questions and suggestions that arose.
