jtel together with Google and commehr to present a purely web-based virtual call center workspace at Call Center World 2016

This year at CCW (Call Center World) 2016 jtel together with Google and commehr will be presenting a purely web-based virtual call center workspace. By using WebRTC, this substitutes the usual telephone and PC infrastructure completely with centrally managed and much more affordable Google Chrome devices such as the Chromebox or the Chromebook.

This enables the implementation of cloud based or on-premise solutions for the most complex of customer service requirements - from the integration of CRM systems or ticketing systems to the creation of self-service modules for customers - at a ground-breaking price.

Extensive real-time, graphical and statistical monitoring of call center agents by supervisors is included as part of the package.
